Corners of Last Later (COLL)
I like to use different methods
to solve a Rubik’s cube depending on mood or whim. My three favoured methods are
Roux, Petrus and Waterman. I wanted to collect a group of algorithms that work
for all three of these methods at the COLL stage.
It took some time to amass a
series of algorithms that I like and felt comfortable with. I have not yet
memorised or mastered each situation, but this is an ongoing process.
The names of the algorithms are
the ones I found when researching them. Lars Petrus seems to have named most of
them. Where there is no name, I have resorted to using the name of the position
it solves. The algorithm that solves position A-PLL has no accepted name that I
could find. “Apple” seems like an obvious name but no one line has done this.
The chances of the particular
coming up at random is shown in parenthesis.
